Terms of Use

These terms apply to all services, reports, and advice provided by LardenM Ecological Consultancy (hereinafter: 'LardenM'), including nitrogen deposition calculations (AERIUS) and ecological impact analyses. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

LardenM prepares its calculations and advice with the utmost care. However, we do not accept liability for damages resulting from decisions made by third parties based on our reports. In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant assignment.

All reports, models, map materials, and other works prepared by LardenM remain the intellectual property of LardenM. The client obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the purpose for which the assignment was provided. Further distribution or publication without written permission is not permitted.

Client data will be treated confidentially and used only for the execution of the assignment. LardenM adheres to applicable privacy legislation. Specific project data is required for calculations; the client guarantees that this data has been provided accurately and completely.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of cancellation of an assignment, costs already incurred may be charged. LardenM reserves the right to suspend the delivery of services in case of overdue payment.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in the district where LardenM is located. We always strive to resolve any disputes through mutual consultation.
